BUILDER/ DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP

$495 Annually: A Builder Membership is open to any person, firm, or corporation whose busi ness is 
construction, remodeling, or land development. It shall be within the discretion of the Board of Directors to determine whether or not an applicant is qualified for the Builder Membership.

ASSOCIATE (NON-BUILDER) MEMBER

$445 Annually: An Associate Membership is open to any person, firm, or corporation engaged in any trade, industry, or profession allied to building and land development and all others who are interested in the advancement and marketing of the residential and
commercial building industry.

*I also agree and understand, with my signature above, that I will be required, as a member of the LBA, to sell or buy at least 10 Parade of Homes and 10 Home Life tickets per year.
